Jamine Moton
Former metro-Atlanta police sergeant. Founder & CEO of Skylar. Author. Mentor.
After nearly a decade in law enforcement, Jamine found a security industry that treated guards as replaceable: poor training and little respect. She built Skylar™ to do the opposite: a boutique firm that invests in its people and treats guards as leaders.
She also built a business from nothing, and wrote about it in her book, You: Entrepreneurship as the Journey of Self. That's why she leads PowerClips personally, and why her one ask of every guard is simple: don't stay.
